The Davy is a student apartment community located in Knoxville, Tennessee, designed for University of Tennessee students seeking a modern, vibrant, and connected living experience. With a brand already established, The Davy required an engaging and functional leasing space and window vinyls to reflect the brand's bold energy and appeal to its student audience.
I was tasked with translating the existing branding into physical spaces and storefront designs that would not only stand out but also create a cohesive and welcoming experience for prospective tenants.
