PPI Technical Services evolved from the esteemed Pacific Propeller International, expanding from propeller specialization to delivering world-class training and maintenance solutions across the aviation industry. With expertise ranging from engines and hydraulics to calibration shops and aircraft structures, PPI serves as a trusted provider for comprehensive aviation needs.
The new website needed to reflect PPI Technical Services' precision, professionalism, and advanced capabilities while creating a cohesive branding experience and intuitive navigation. I designed a fully custom website that leveraged sharp visual elements to mimic the sleek angles of aircraft, coupled with a user-friendly layout and cohesive branding.

Challenges
Developing Brand Cohesion:
Although PPITS had an established logo, their branding lacked cohesive application. The challenge was to expand their identity through typography, color palettes, and visual motifs while maintaining alignment with their aviation industry expertise.
Balancing Technical Content with Engaging Design:
The aviation industry is highly technical, and PPITS’ services span complex capabilities. The challenge was to present this technical content in a visually engaging, user-friendly way without overwhelming users.
Creating Smooth Navigation for Content-Rich Pages:
With multiple service offerings and detailed content, ensuring seamless navigation across devices was a priority. The use of sharp angles and smooth animations guided users effectively while maintaining an intuitive experience.
Integrating Sharp Visuals Without Overcrowding:
The design relied heavily on angular visual elements, which could easily overwhelm the page if overused. Strategic placement and balance between whitespace and angles were key to creating a clean yet dynamic design.

Dynamic Branding Integration:
While using the existing logo, I expanded the branding elements to create a cohesive identity. Sharp angles and clean lines were incorporated throughout the design, evoking the precision and innovation synonymous with the aviation industry. The color palette focused on bold, professional tones of red, blue and black to reflect PPITS’ expertise and authority.
Directional UX Design:
I utilized smooth scrolling and sharp directional visual elements to mimic the sleek movement of airplanes, guiding users naturally down the page. Key UX enhancements include:
Linear Angles: Custom dividers and visual elements use angular designs to emulate aircraft structures and create a dynamic flow.
Section Transitions: Smooth scrolling and animations direct users seamlessly from one section to the next.

A bold hero section welcomes users with a clean introduction to PPI Technical Services. Key offerings and calls-to-action are immediately accessible to engage visitors from the start.
About Us Page:
Highlighting PPITS’ history and evolution, this page blends storytelling and timeline with sleek visuals, giving users a deeper understanding of the brand's roots and its future-forward capabilities.
Angular design motifs emphasize innovation and professionalism.
Services Page:
A structured layout clearly outlines PPITS’ extensive offerings, from field service repair, calibration back shops, turnkey back shops, to training and USG Contracting. Each service is paired with icons, gradient hover states, and short descriptions, ensuring clarity and usability.
News Page:
This dynamic section features updates on industry news, company milestones, and innovations in aviation. A clean grid layout makes browsing easy, while a filtered gallery enhances engagement.
Contact Page:
Designed for accessibility, the Contact page features a simple form and an integrated branded Google Maps. A clean layout ensures easy usability, while branding elements reinforce the professional tone.
